COVID-19

With the closing of the center due to the C the team at Anjuman-e-Asghari has been working diligently to assess and plan for the needs of the community. While we recognize there is still plenty of work to be done,  we wanted to share a few initial steps that we have taken.
Specific details around the following items to help our community members during this difficult time can be found on this page:

Community Information: Unemployment Insurance

Lion-hearted Muslims

Daily, Online Course for 5-12 Year olds

As school is closed for many of our families, Noor Kids is now offering a 2-week online course for kids ages 5 to 12. While this is a private course for members of the Noor Kids Akhlaq Building Program we have secured access for all Anjuman-e-Asghari Community members.

What is the Course?
Lionhearted Muslims is a two week online course with activities to support spiritual and mental well-being during difficult times. It is intended for children ages 5-12.

 Access the Course

How does it work?

Every day, at 11am CST Noor Kids will be providing new class videos on their course website. Families will then be able to watch the class, submit their activity, and also view submissions from other students from around the world. Please mark your calendar each day such that you do not miss out.

Is this course open to the public?
Noor Kids exists because of support from members. This course is not open to the public, and has been specifically provided to the Anjuman-e-Asghari community.

That said, if you know anyone who might benefit from this, Noor Kids is currently allowing families to join for 99¢ around the world. Please help them by spreading the word on Whatsapp.
